• Minimum disruption to your business caused by e.g ad hoc lamp replacement and failure of circuits.
• Pre-arranged Inspection & Testing within a planned programme
• Pre-Arranged Portable Appliance Testing on a yearly basis (both by appointment arranged by Elec Test).
• A full catalogued list of consumables required by each site will be logged and updated as needed.
• Monthly maintenance checks will be formalised on a bespoke basis to include e.g fure alarm checks, emergency lighting tests, lamp replacement, recording temperatures for water heating systems, general plumbing & repairs as required.
